Before you Arrive
Attire: Business casual is recommended for symposium sessions.
- RD&E Tour Attire: If you selected an Ecolab RD&E Innovation tour as one of your breakouts, please wear closed toe shoes and long pants/long dress to cover your legs. Ecolab will provide safety glasses. (This attire is only needed if touring the RD&E labs area)
- Opening Celebration Attire: Game Night Chic - Think girls' night out meets game night fun! Wear your favorite casually stylish outfit, whether that's a cute blouse and jeans, a trendy jumpsuit, a fun dress, or a coordinated game-themed accessory. Comfortable enough to play, stylish enough to celebrate.
- Dine Arounds Attire: Casual
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments are included throughout the symposium.
Transportation: Transportation between Ecolab and the main hotel Omni Viking Lakes Hotel will be provided.
Registration: WGA Symposium - National Grocers Association
Ecolab Facility Registration: Please watch for your pre-registration request from no-reply@mg.tractionguest.com and follow the steps at the “Register Here” link to complete the registration invite before you arrive. Once complete, you will receive a QR code from no-reply@mg.tractionguest.com. Please save this email or take a screenshot and save your photos. You will use this QR code to “sign in/scan in” on the day of your arrival at Ecolab Schuman Campus. The same QR code can be used for BOTH days while visiting. This email may go to your junk mail / clutter folder.
